How buying from Sparkora works

Five steps from first visit to a pallet on your dock. The only one that takes any waiting is verification, and that is usually two business days.

  1. Request access

    Tell us the business, the resale certificate, and what you buy. Pricing is released to licensed resellers only, so this is the one step that cannot be skipped.

  2. Get verified

    We review the application, usually within two business days, and may call to confirm details. Once approved, pricing unlocks across every box and lot we carry.

  3. Pick your lane

    Spark Box is a sealed liquidation box — contents unknown, priced for it. Spark Select is a sorted lot of a single item, counted, photographed and manifested, so you know exactly what is in the batch before you commit.

  4. Buy the lot

    Order online by card, PayPal or bank transfer. Lots are one-time batches — once one sells it does not come back, so there is no reordering the same thing later.

  5. Collect or ship

    Collect from our Delaware facility, or arrange your own freight. We can quote pallet freight on request.

Do I need a resale certificate?

Yes. We sell to licensed US resellers only, and a valid resale certificate for your state is what verification checks. Without one we cannot release pricing.

What is the difference between Spark Box and Spark Select?

A Spark Box is a sealed liquidation box — you are buying the category and the price, not a known list of contents. Spark Select is a sorted lot, counted, photographed and manifested before it goes up, so you know what is in it.

Can I see the manifest before I buy?

Yes, on Spark Select. The manifest for a sorted lot downloads straight from the product page once your account is verified.

Can I return a lot?

No. All sales are final — no returns, exchanges, or refunds on any product, in any category, for any reason. Our pricing reflects that, and we would rather say it here than at checkout.

How do I get it?

Collect from our Delaware facility, or arrange your own freight. We can quote pallet freight on request.
